Person Specification (for all roles):

Fresh Graduate (2014 -2015) with maximum of 6 months professional experience

Graduated from any IT or Business School

Should have the rights to work in the country where role is advertise

Should not have taken part any other 4Afrika internship

Should be able to work full time

Passionate about technology, drive

from impact, eager to learn & high degree of collaboration. Want to develop
new skills to be best equipped for the professional world.

Roles:

EPG : SSP 0365

Responsibility:

Opportunity identification (CIE), solution selling 0365 with partners and
team, pipeline mgmt. and reporting and managed partners sales enablement.

Experienced Gained: Interns will gain experience in solution
selling, cloud technical skills, pipeline mgmt. and partner sales.

Possible Career Paths: SSP
Devices & Services

EPG: Sales Excellence Ops

Responsibility: support

local EPG team in execution against sales excellence strategy and plan to
help achieve EPG growth

Experienced Gained: Interns will gain experience planning &
coordination of teams, translating data into business insights

Possible Career Paths: Service
& EPG AM

Roles:

SMS&P : PCDM

Responsibility:

Opportunity identification (CIE), solution selling 0365 with partners and
team, pipeline mgmt. and reporting and managed partners sales enablement.

Experienced Gained: Interns will gain experience in solution
selling, cloud technical skills, pipeline mgmt. and partner sales.

Devices & Services

SMS&P: Partner development & opportunity Identification (CA)

PTA & PSE in driving partner development plan & identification of new
customer opportunity for large accounts

Experienced Gained: Interns will gain experience channel
marketing, project management, collaboration

Roles:

CCG: Device Seller

Responsibility: Integrate between the MNA’s, Disti’s and Field sales force teams to provide support on Device availability and readiness.

Experience Gained: Interns will gain skills in sales and partner mgmt., relationship mgmt, time mgmt. while driving accountabilities, project mgmt and execution, collaboration, drive for results, influencing for impact and judgment.

Possible Career Paths: Internal: BPAM, OEM PAM, Partner PSP, Device SSP

CCG : Retail RSP

Responsibility: Manage a set of Retail stores with responsibility for our Retail LOVED execution (Readiness & Training).

Experience Gained: Interns will gain skills in sales and partner mgmt., relationship mgmt, time mgmt. while driving accountabilities, project mgmt and execution, collaboration, drive for results, influencing for impact and judgment.

Possible Career Paths: Internal: BPAM, OEM PAM, Partner PSP, Device SSP

Roles:
M&O : CCG & SMB Support

Responsibility: Support Breadth Marketing Lead on landing tactics for quarterly campaigns. Work with partners to monitor and improve
execution of campaigns.

Experienced Gained: Channel Marketing, Campaign Execution.

Possible Career Paths: Channel Marketing MS, Channel Marketing Disti, Product Marketing MS, Product Marketing Disti.

Roles:

Education : Student Ambassador Program Owners

Responsibility: Manage the students Ambassadors in a set of universities and to be responsible for on campus activities that can help us excite students around our platform and technologies.

Experienced Gained: Interns will gain experience in relationship management, sales experience and partner management, time management and executing against key accountabilities, collaboration and influencing for impact.

Possible Career Paths: Account Management (Telesales, LOM), PIL Lead, M&O Depth/Breadth Audience Lead or DPE
